Why I do what I do?

I was obese myself until the age of 29 when I realised how risky my life has become. I was barely able to walk 100 yards, eat a vegetable a week and sleep an hour a day. I knew I wont live longer if I continued this lifestyle any longer.

This is when I took responsibility of my life to turn things around. I dropped the foods and habits which were unhealthy and started doing things which were healthy, one day at a time. Come today, I am a mom of 2 marathon runner & have trained over 500 as a motivational health trainer.

Infosys Consulting

Many of my customers are from Infosys as I worked there before. I visit Infosys office every week and conduct my zumba classes which is the most popular class on the campus.

HSBC Bank

I visit HSBC to give health and nutrition advice on fortnightly basis and also provide 1-1 consultation to high rank professionals who are keen to get back their health.

RBS

RBS invites me from time to time to take its staff for a run in the afternoon. A lunch time run is loved by busy professionals who find it harder to workout in the mornings or after work.
